After an initial miscommunication, the moving help did an excellent job - hard workers, very professional. The owner called to apologize profusely for the (manageable) miscommunication, and called when they were finished to make sure I was happy with their work. Very customer focused. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

Military Men Movers were great!! I scheduled far in advance and they were there right on time, smiling and pleasant. They planned the UHaul packing for our 800 mile move to be safe and planned the weight distribution. They were so nice and fun! I would always ask for Military En Movers in Lansing Michigan And the scheduler is very sweet!!!

There was minor damage to a table, a couple of broken glasses and one bookshelf leg was broken due to too much weight being on it. Those were all less expensive items, so I’m not upset enough about it to give them a lower rating. They were good to work with.

Where do I begin? Movers arrived 30 minutes early and began the clock so we were not totally ready for them to start. Sean decided to blast music out of his phone the whole time and grabbed our tool bag from a basket to take apart the furniture. Fine. The only problem was that he took our tools with him when he left. Fast forward upon arrival at the new place 20 minutes away. The movers realized they left the footboard and mattress brace to her bed at the loading dock at the old place so we couldn’t put together the bed. I got a sorry about that response. But wouldn’t go back and retrieve it. So I left to go retrieve it to put the bed together myself, but didn’t have the tools because they took them. Javon was a nice young man who kept his head down, but Sean was untrustworthy loud and obnoxious. I texted Sean to bring back my tools, but he has not responded. I texted Javon Two have him contact Sean for me and he simply apologized for what Sean did. AND said he would let him know.

We hired a team of four amazing gentlemen to help us move from a medium sized three bedroom house to a large four bedroom house. Bottom line, they were amazing. I had had one negative experience with movers before, but the guys from United States Military Men Moving were wonderful. Truly top men. They were kind and careful with our items. And they showed extraordinary strength on several solid wood antique items. Could not ask for better movers. Highly recommend.
