Bobby-Lu's came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon with only a couple hours' notice, when I suddenly needed extra help unloading a 15' U-Haul into a first-floor apartment. The phone conversation where I explained my situation was very pleasant and reassuring, and the two people who I hired arrived on time and were consummate professionals. I barely needed to lift a finger or give directions; they knew what they were doing, and they were super friendly and efficient. Nothing was damaged, the truck was unloaded in less time than expected, and both movers handled any challenges gracefully. Fantastic experience, and I would absolutely use Bobby-Lu's again.
