As someone who moves almost every year I have had my fair share of movers. I recently moved to a 5th floor walkup in UES. Malik and another member of his team helped me move seamlessly. Being in a building without an elevator you never know if you will be given a hard time for the stairs, and Malik didn't complain once. He was not only incredibly kind but did the job fast. Not a single item of mine was broken or damaged in any way. On top of this, it's winter so the streets are packed with snow and there were no parking spots. Malik had to circle the block multiple times looking for parking and kept a positive attitude. He was going to get the job done no matter what. I'm incredibly thankful that I chose Diamond Movers - inexpensive, fast, quality movers and kind people. Thank you so much Malik, you will be my first call the next time I move!

Arrived on-time after having kept up with all the changes throughout the day. Both men worked quickly and efficiently. Dante was pliable and attentive to the needs of the customer. Ricky was fast and quick-witted. very spatially gifted. He created combinations & pairings to lessen the amount of back and forth. Both guys carried furniture through the lobby as the loading dock was in use by others. Overall, a very pleasant experience. One negative, Ricky chipped the bottom of my wooden book case. It definitely can be repaired, and I know he didn't want to bring attention to it, but I hoping he would have. That cost him their tip. (I pointed it out, but he said nothing. I wasn't going to make him pay for it. Simply acknowledge it.)
