Be careful when this mover ask for more hours in advance. I booked him for 3 hours. He requested another hour before the job started. I knew the job would not take more than 2 hours. Actually the job took 1 hour; so he got paid 3 hours for a 1 hour job and told me 3 hours was a minimum (not true) remember, hours are not reimbursed after booked that’s why the movers try to get more hours up front. You can always add extra hours if the move runs longer. Also, we couldn’t get the dresser in the bedroom without putting the mattress and box springs on the bed. He said that would be an extra $70.

Great help once they arrived. One guy was almost 2 hours late and the other 3. Not good if you’re on a strict time frame, but still did a good job.
