This is how things should be done! I had communicated with Rob that I was moving from Kansas City to Denver, and he made sure that his schedule was open so that mine was his last job of the day to make sure they would be available whenever I got into town. I ended up arriving almost two hours later than I had scheduled, and they STILL were there and stayed to get us all moved in. Not only that, but they helped us document the damage that had been caused by our loaders in Kansas City not properly securing our belongings. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and the next time I move there's nobody else I'd consider in the Denver area!
