This was my third time using dynasty movers. The first two times I ironically had the same guys both times and they were AWESOME. There was some miscommunication this last time, which I understand, but it’s annoying. They said they’d be there by 11 and then I got a text the first person forgot something so they had to back and wouldn’t be there until after 1230, and then one of the other movers said he was almost there? So a lot of back and forth. The two main guys were very polite and kind, one of the guys I tried talking to twice and he didn’t acknowledge me or respond. I offered them water since it was in the 90s and the one guy chugged it, laughed with his buddies, so I asked if he wanted another & hewalked away. So minus him the team was good and got the job done. The last thing that was kinda annoying is one of them literally rode our UHaul when driving behind and he eventually detoured & went another way since we weren’t going fast enough. I’d rate it 6.5 this third experience
