They were so patient. The job probably would've taken 30-40 mins but an unexpected issue arose with landlord and police that had to be settled. They still completed the job within 1 hour which was fast and efficient being that I booked them for 2 hours. Great guys!

Neither the email nor phone number provided by uhaul were in service. However, they did reach out from a different email 2 days before. The two men were very polite, professional, and worked hard. However, they seemed inexperienced; they had difficulty getting the sofa out, dragged furniture across hardwood floors, and didn't pack the truck efficiently. The job took much longer than expected.
