Affordable Friendly Movers was horribly unprofessional, poorly packed my truck, left my furniture pads unused, and then bailed on me mid-job, which cost me more money and time from work. Brandon and co.’s lack of empathy for a 72 year old educator going through a foreclosure was on full display when they threatened to bail several times - which I now wish they had done at the start because clearly in our case a job not begun would have better than their shoddy attempt and the damage they did to furniture they didn’t have the skill to haul. The second moving company I had to hire that same day to unload my truck after Affordable Friendly Movers bailed mid-job had plenty to say about the entire second floor filled with boxes that they left behind. When I asked for a refund, their management was as harmful and immature as their amateur haulers and attempted to bully us with photos as an excuse for their behavior. I have yet to receive any refund at all. Save yourself stress and money.
