Good experience even though one of the guys got sick during our move and was unable to keep working (the downside of moving in winter!). The move took far longer than planned, but the remaining mover worked so hard to get us into our house in spite of that complication. I consider good customer service very important and they did not disappoint, from the mover all the way up to the office staff.
