Kind and hard-working guys with loading. However, at the expense of my furniture’s condition. One of the first things I did was mention I had mats & rugs to cover where my furniture will touch, yet none were used between my items. I didn’t realize this until I was unloading, since I was inside finishing up packing while the furniture was being loaded. While unloading I noticed a hole in a table, a broken piece on couch, scuffs on my wooden dining room chairs, among other damages. It’s hard to say it is just from moving, when my precautions to keep scuffs from happening weren’t used.

They broke my items. Extremely unprofessional service. I hired this company to move my belongings. They deliberately damaged my furniture and my belongings. They tossed and broke my expensive furniture. The owner, Ms. Cheri Beasley, had promised me that she would rectify the situation, only to lie to me. They do not have insurance either. They damaged well over several thousands of dollars of my furniture deliberately. I am now compelled to sue them and seek legal action. Beware of hiring this company. If you have expensive items or value your items, it will get damaged. Do not hire this company. Their crew of inept movers will damage your items and lie to you. You'll be forced to sue them like I am. Avoid them at all costs.

Movers had car issues, and came over 6 hours later than scheduled. We had to move half of our own stuff, or we wouldn’t have had time. Our walls are beat up and scratched. I get that things happen, and they tried to make things right, but this was not good. Really disappointed with everything that happened yesterday. I would give a single star, but they were nice when they got here and did their best for the amount of time they were here (scheduled for 3 hours and only worked 1.5)

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Knew before they came, there was a piano to move and still only sent 2 guys. Showed up on time moved a lot of the smaller items. Many phone and cigarette breaks. Tried twice to move the piano but faild at both attempts damaging my piano. I even went and bought a $40 set of shoulder straps for them. But they could not figure out how to use them. When their 3 hrs were up they stopped working and wanted the payment code. They were not finished but promised to come back on Monday to finish the move, but never showed up or called. Leaving a cedar chest, and several other large pieces to move. I am 64 and disabled, my wife is 71 and disabled and my nephew who is a 50 yo disabled Navy vet and his 15 yo son, finished unloading the truck. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY. What a horrible experience!

Had to book a next-day move. The guys were excellent - booked for two hours and only needed an hour-and-a-half. Very hard workers who I would recommend and definitely use again.
