Excellent Service and on time service. The two movers handled my personal items with care, laughter, and upbeat demeanor. They were so proficient that everything was completed an half an hour early. I tipped them personally with $20.00. Thank you so much being the BEST!

I hate that I even have to give one star. It took 3 hours and 50 minutes for 3 guys to load a one bedroom apartment into a 15 ft truck. They were then supposed to go to the location to unload but then literally disappeared. When I called James to see where they went and ask if they were coming back he literally hung up on me. I tried to call Chad in the office and asked where they were and he didn’t know. He said he was struggling to get a hold of James. I was left with a loaded truck that needed to be loaded that evening. There was also a set a shelves that James was going to take. They apparently came apart because I found a 5 ft leg to them that he left in a stairwell. I’ve used several movers before with great experiences. This however made an already stressful day even worse. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!! I will continue to tell everyone I know and blast this every where about how they just left without letting me know.
