Unfortunately, my experience was quite terrible. The boss called to tell me the movers would be 30 minutes late because of traffic. The movers did not show up until 1.5 hours after the agreed starting time. After that, they moved at a slow pace until I also started to help pack the cab of the U-Haul with belongings. I had multiple items that were also broken during the move. A shoe rack that they did not attempt to fix or apologize for, a lamp that they were able to repair, and got paint on the back of my couch. I was very unsatisifed with the help and the price that I had to pay for people to break my items and extend my move by 1.5 hours. Altogether, very disappointed in my experience as my friends and I most likely would've done a better job.

Several of my items were broken and poorly packed. Upon inspection, this damage amounts to almost $1000 in repairs needed.
