Ed and Mark were unbelievable! Arrived when promised. Treated our belongings with the utmost care! We used their company years ago and were impressed. So we hired them again, and were not disappointed. They go above and beyond. If a higher star rating was available, I would rate them higher. Highly recommended!

Not a great job packing my pods container. Packet heavy cedar chest on top of glass top washing machine. Didn’t pad much unless I specifically handed them pads. Many empty voids that we had to repack once there time was up. Your experience may be different. Communication was great.

The movers appeared tired from the morning job and seemed to move slowly and inefficiently, contributing to a longer time to complete the move. Overall though they were very professional, communicated well, and knew how to pack and move furniture into a UHaul.

The gentlemen informed me that they would only be there for the set hours, though the person I spoke with on the phone said they would stay until the truck was loaded, even if it took a bit longer than 3 hours. One injured his ankle, which was absolutely not his fault, but it slowed them down and then they hit their time limit and went to another job. There was some conversation that was unprofessional. They knocked a ceiling light out of its place and left it dangling until I asked them to please put that right. The light was not properly installed in the first place, which was why it came free so easily, but the disregard to try to set it right until I said something wasn’t terribly professional. They did get most of the place loaded, even with my late start and one working injured. I am grateful; I could not have loaded the truck by myself.
