Once I had movers unload my items here in OR, it became clear that your loaders put my items marked "heavy" (books, etc) on TOP of my items marked "fragile" and DID BREAK through 2 of the hard plastic tops, BROKE 2 of my lamps, and pushed down into my FRAGILE Native American flutes and other spiritu
