Excellent service, prompt response, friendly. I'm a single mother and First choice came in and moved my whole apartment no issue, they took special care in protecting my TVs and fragile items. They came prepared more prepared than I had expected. Definitely will book with them again!

The movers stole over $1000 in new boxed Legos, and a brand new boxed trash can and there are many other items missing. We used them to load Uboxes to move across the country and they loaded some of our items onto a truck and then put them in the Uboxes when they got back to U-Haul. I have pictures showing how they threw our items into the Uboxes. We had all items separate because we had 2 delivery destinations. They mixed all the items together in 5 of our 6 boxes. I had to go to the U-Haul warehouse and separate all the items in the boxes so they could be delivered. I had to pay for an extra delivery. They also made me get an additional Ubox and pay them an additional $250 to load it. When sorting the items at the warehouse I saw that two Uboxes were only half full. The mover kept my final load of items on their truck for over 24 hours before they loaded the last ubox and then put a lock on it that was not mine. I have reached out to the movers with no response. Horrible experience!
