Matt and his crew were prompt on time, very polite and courteous. They unloaded our 26ft UHaul in only 2 hours instead of the expected 3 hours. They placed everything in the spots we designated, and all that without scratching or scraping any walls. Overall, it was a good job, very fast! Really appreciated their scheduling. I had good communication with folks by phone, but the communication in person was not as professional. The movers were making side comments and had someone else show up at the end of the job which was confusing and a little off-putting.

I scheduled my move on a weekday morning for better availability. Communication with the owner and his assistant, especially the confirmation on the day before the move, was very professional. Josiah and Adonis showed up on time on moving day and got the job done in 3 hours (local 1BD move out + move in) with 1 flight of stairs at each location. I was impressed with their packing skills. No breakage or damage by the hard-working duo. You pay a little more, but the crew is insured and reliable. I would definitely use Oregon Trail Moving in the future.

TL;DR I absolutely recommend OTM! I've used OTM twice; this time was to move items from my apartment into a UBox. The movers were 45 minutes late and also worked an additional 45 minutes over the prepaid 2 hours. After reaching out to customer service about the team's tardiness, the owner waived the 45 minute fee. Otherwise, all teams were quick, careful, and reasonably communicative.
