They are awesome. Every box was handled with care and placed exactly where I said. I had a couch with an awful corner that I wasn’t sure would fit. 5 minutes later the couch was in the room. The crew I had were incredibly professional and their communication is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed help loading our truck in Medford for our move out of town. We are young adults and this was our first time using movers. They had great communication and were very professional. Rick and Cody helped us load our U-Haul in Southern Oregon (Klamath Falls, to be exact) — it was our last minute decision to hire help through the U-Haul website and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the service. They were very kind and considerate, and the work was methodical and professional. They helped load some old pieces of furniture first and helped to discard them at the landfills and came back to load and secure the real stuff. My husband who had recently had hurt his neck felt somewhat bad just watching but they made sure we felt very much at ease. Very proficient, professional and respectful in doing what they do. I would definitely use the service again if we were in the area again.

I was scared and anxious when I realized I had suddenly move from my 5th floor apartment to a 6th floor apartment all by myself in a city that I barely know. I hired Oregon Trail Moving to get my stuff loaded and unloaded. There was a mix up on Uhauls end for the truck pick up times which off set my whole day but the moving company was more than communicative and made me feel heard, understood, and well taken care of. Logan went above and beyond. He strapped and placed my things in the truck strategically and consciously as if they were moving their own things and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden or in the way. Everything got where it needed to AND they did it under the time I had selected. I will be using them for my next move but I hope this will be home for a while. Thanks Oregon Trail Moving!

Our time window was 12PM - 3PM, but they did not arrive until almost 4PM. We planned our day around their arrival window, and were disappointed with them being late. In addition, the 2nd helper arrived in a separate vehicle and did not introduce himself so we had no idea who this random person was walking around the home was until the vehicle with the U-Box arrived. Disconcerting to say the least.
