The team from A-N-B was great! We probably could have used a third mover or an extra hour of their help loading, but that's on me. That all said, they did a great job organizing all of our furniture into the uHaul and getting all of our boxes and heavy furniture out of our apartment. Definitely recommend this moving company!

I hadn't heard from this company for a mo so on move day I reached out 3 hrs early asking if all was still a go...they didn't respond, text again asking for a response cuz I had uhaul here, NO RESPONSE! Text a 3rd time cuz they were late NO RESPONSE... STILL WAITING! Then when they did get here 15 min late the 2 guys were yelling and screaming at each and name calling the whole time! It was ridiculous! Had some of my neighbors come out to see what was going on....

I had a Ubox and a trailer and was told the day of unloading that it would be an extra charge because I had a U box. He said that it was all online but I could don't find it. I was on the phone with customer service for Moving Help to confirm this information because it was not communication ahead of time and couldn't find it on the website anywhere. He finally said he wouldn't charge me the extra amount which I was relieved because I was out of money at that point. The positive is they arrived at 1030 because they were running behind from a previous move and had my items moved in before 1130. It was really fast.
