The company's owner was extremely rude throughout the move. He was immediately frustrated and started complaining about how much stuff I had. I had him booked starting at Noon, and at 3, he said he was already 3 hours late for his next move (what time was his next move booked for?!) so he couldn't help me with a fourth box at all, which is understandable, but the way he communicated it left my wife and me high and dry. He called his next move and was completely apologetic while leaving me frustrated and upset. His two employees were really helpful, but when the leader of the company is creating a frustrating environment, it's hard to look past that. He was clearly overbooked and more communication would have been a huge help.
