The list of issues is too long to list. I got an attitude, their is a commutation issue. My stuff is expensive and it wasn't handled properly. My smart tv is broken. I have to call renters insurance.

James was great but his helper was terrible. James is strong and hardworking. Understands how to communicate to get the job done. Helper complained the whole time and was too weak to be effective.

James & Jake were very efficient. They unloaded our 15' (packed!) truck in no time and even helped come up with a plan get our large couch into small, odd apartment. Very nice and easy to work with.
