They sent one younger gentleman who busted his butt. Literally moved 99 percent of our items by himself. The other gentleman was far too advanced in age to still be moving furniture. He arrived then spent 20 mins in our bathroom before going to the truck to stack boxes. He then kept answering his phone during the move, causing additional delays. Had to pay for additional hours to finish our scope of work that would not have been necessary if they had sent two movers of the same caliber as the younger gentleman. Unfortunate.

Took a long time to load and unload a bunch of boxes and two queen beds.. ended up exceeding the two hour time slot and I had to pay $120 for the additional 20 mins
