One of the team members was VERY rude throughout the entire move. He kept making comments about how things weren't packed despite the fact that they were not moving those things and weren't in the way. And the things that were to be moved, which was the fridge doors were still on. The owner had told me NOT to remove them because he had the tools to do that. While the owner attempted to remove the fridge doors I asked if we could load something else. Rather than speak to me and say why they needed to load the fridge, he started complaining about how if moving was easy everyone would do it themselves! I asked him to repeat himself, to which he said I wasn't talking to you! Throughout the move he complained about everything, especially the fact that I have 2 cats and they all have allergies (why take the job then?). I spoke to the owner- he said he'd speak to him. When he did, the team member just started complaining about me!

Gary and his team worked very hard in the hot 95 degree weather. They packed a 26ft truck, moving a pole barn and 3 bedroom house. The truck was packed diligently and everything fit. Would recommend.

These guys hustled and did a great job at assessing how much room we needed to pack what we had. They did a good job at using the space in the truck efficiently. Very capable individuals. Very strong. Nice people and easy to work with.

These guys are absolutely awesome!! I was already nervous for the move and this is my first time using UShip boxes. Gary and his guys gave me the run down on what to do what to expect he even had the delivery truck come pick it up same day. They’re fast and efficient! I’ll recommend them time and time again!

DO NOT HIRE. Nightmare experience for So many different issues. Severely damaged furniture including vintage pieces. Pure chaos. Missing valuables. And after all that and more, he wanted more money. I was tired, wet, and as it turned out, quite physically ill, so I gave it to him. Mind you, didn't realize they already had robbed me, including a smart TV in the box new, and several things out of my garage. They owe me money. Do not hire.
