John and his crew did an outstanding job unloading our furnishings from a 15 foot U-Haul truck and arranging all of it in a 10 foot by 10 foot storage unit. The helpers were efficient and polite, which was appreciated particularly with the heat during my move. However, we discovered when we unloaded that several items were rather significantly damaged in the process. I also would’ve appreciated a confirmation communication the day or week before the move.
