John provided excellent advice to rent a dozen furniture pads and to buy a set of ratcheting straps to secure the load. The team provided a status on estimated arrival time and arrived on time. They did a terrific job (but I’ll see what the unloaders at my destination have to say about the load job when they unpack me). They had my 20-ft packed in under 2 hours. I’ll definitely hire DMV for my next move.
