Moving can stressful.., and this move proved to be the opposite. ALEX was terrific.., responsive from the first day that I registered and paid for moving services. Sometimes, one never knows what your going to get.., but this was a pleasant surprise. Lightning Movers and Alex were the best.., best at communications (always answered the phone), super professional, on-time and the did a great, efficient job..., wasted no time.., and were the best that I have dealt with in many many years.

Communication was excellent. Alex checked in with me to confirm meeting times and how things would go the day of the move. The 2 of them packed my family’s items quickly and also protected the more delicate ones by wrapping them up with blankets. I felt confident in their abilities. I would use them on my next move.
