Communications was by email and text, you can't speak with a person. Crew were nice guys but I expected three movers to be able to move a two-bedroom apartment to a POD dropped directly downstairs in three hours and not five hours.

Specifically instructed to prefill alcove with boxes then load furniture because I could load the boxes etc .They didnt so I had to pay+193 for furniture loading at the end..smart move on their part..

They bring wraps to wrap our delicate furnitures. It is plus but they seem don't know how o use. Overall, they do their job but not an expert. Since it is cheaper option among helpers, I am satisfied.
