We were extremely pleased with Personal Chefs Plus. Our U-Box was not only delayed but there were countless issues at the warehouse on the day of pick-up. Through it all, Jeremy was communicative, courteous, and tried his best to troubleshoot despite issues outside of his control. He made sure we got our box on the (second) promised date and handled everything with care. We wish others would be as professional and focused on customer service and satisfaction as Jeremy and his company have been. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and proactive communicating. I was not sure I could fit everything in the containers but they managed to not only pack it all in efficiently there was even space left over. I would gladly hire him and his crew again.
