I had told the men not to move some items and they loaded them anyway and when I told them I needed one of the items, Justin got angry and was unprofessional and accusatory about why I had let them move it and I told them not to. It was not a very good experience with Justin and I was not appreciative of the attitude.

Highly recommend Justin. Unexpectedly needed help; was able to hire late Saturday for a Sunday morning. He loaded the truck in the manner requested and even adjusted for better fit. Will definitely hire again when the need arises.

I have used uhaul movers many times, this was not the best experience. They were not professional at. I kept having to ask them to please not drag stuff across my new wood floors. I’m was a little afraid to give a real review. I would definately not use them again.

It was an unusual situation I had several stops to pick up furniture and drop stuff off. The gentleman from the service seemed a little on the way to complaining about this but I spoke on the phone prior to the move. A couple pieces of my furniture were damaged.
