From the very beginning I was impressed with Bedford movers. Great communication right from the start. The movers were fantastic and very friendly. They worked hard and took care to not damage anything. They were also fast and didn't waste time, they took right to it and finished fast. Would recommend and I will use again if I need some moving help.

I have used this company twice before, they did an excellent job. The third time was the worst experience I have ever had. The first movers didn’t show up at all. I could not get in touch with them so I called the owner who could not contact them either. The owner sent 2 different movers and we got a late start. The problem is, it took 2 days to get everything from my house. I’m not sure they had any moving experience. I was originally told it would take around 3 hours. When my furniture was unloaded, several pieces were damaged from the move. There was 3 small holes in my reclining love seat. They knocked a small hole in the house I was moving from. As I started getting my other furniture in place. I noticed scratches on most of my furniture, especially on my washer & dryer. This company charges by the hour and I was charged for 2 days which I felt was very unfair. When I reported all this to the owner, he gave me $50 off the bill to compensate for the damage and extra time.

My wife and I spent 3 hours organizing our U-Haul so the movers could neatly put our heavy furniture in the truck but when they left we went to put more stuff in and they moved everything around. We had a box on top of all other boxes marked FRAGILE on every side of it because everything in it was glass and now over half the contents of that box are broken. They were unprofessional and bickering the whole time and had the nerve to ask us for a tip. We paid for 2 hours but they were only at our house for 50 minutes because they were rushing. We were cooperative and trying to be considerate because we live upstairs and understand it’s hot but they didn’t have to move anything inside of the U-Haul.
