The movers were very friendly, patient & strategic about how my items should be organized in the U-Box. Joe carefully wrapped each one of my bed frames, head & footboards in the provided furniture pads. He also covered my mattresses and tied them to prevent any mishaps. Vell was very efficient and careful with my items. I really appreciate their help.

They are Quality as the name refers. Joe helped us even more setting up our heavy china cabinet in place giving little designing tips too. Daniel from their office call or email you and make sure the date and time work and if not change. We had to change on our way our schedule time many times due to our home closing issue, she went above and beyond and helped us to make our move less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone in the Richmond, Virginia area.
