The company never contacted about the actual time for the move. Didn't give option for me to chose time instead he insisted to use the time they are available. Can be better on communication. But the helpers who came were too good.. they very very quick

Terrible experience and would not recommend. I purchased 5 hours of help with 2 movers and half way through my 26ft truck being filled, I noticed I needed a 2nd truck. When I went to rent it, I was told this company doesn’t care about the hours and it fills by truck. So if you finish in 2 hours they WILL NOT reimburse you the 3 hrs if you purchase 5 like me. However, if they go over 5 hours you better believe they are going to charge you. Towards the end the movers were starting to throw things and not handle my things with care. I write this review as this is the 2nd company in 2 days and it was terrible. The first company was professional on time and no hidden fees. The manager tried to tell me to read my contract that it said ‘1truck load unload’ and that was a lie. Completely unprofessional- do not use these guys. I’m not sure how they have so many 5 star reviews.
