Chris is awesome! Communications superior, Chris reached out to me right away days before he was to deliver the Ubox and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. He even offered to help me unload the box, but I didn't need his services as I wasn't unloading the box right away. He even offered to come and help when I was ready. He was very professional, efficient and super polite and nice. Chris told me to give him a call if I did need help and when I was ready for him to come and get the box once it is emptied. I highly recommend The Spine Savers for all your Ubox moving help, they are a very good company.

I’m really unsatisfied with my move. I debated for a few days if I was going to write this review and I decided that it needs to be reported. When loading the truck the movers took about an hour and 45 mins. Everything was great with the truck load up. When we got to the new location and started unpacking you could tell that they were trying to get the move done as fast as possible. Took them about 55 mins to unload and it was extremely sloppy. Stacking boxes on counters and stacking them pretty high up instead of putting them on the floor. They broke a door frame. They put a massive dent in one of my walls. They broke my $200 gaming chair (I thought it was fixable and it’s isn’t) the total move cost me about $500 and I’m coming out of pocket about $250-$300 to cover the damages left by the movers. Dents in the walls and broken door frames were due to them rushing and not doing team lifts when necessary. It was a pretty bad experience.
