The three helpers were in general good at the actual unloading and carrying items up 4 short flights of stairs. With the exception of a scuff here or there on the walls, they did a decent job on that.The issue I had was professionalism. They were very late, which worked out since the shipment container delivery was even later. I will give the owner the benefit of the doubt that he had anticipated this. One of the movers was a heavyset guy wearing a very revealing sleeveless undershirt and shorts. Even if he didn't have a uniform shirt, there were more appropriate options. There was also a strong odor of marijuana on all 3 movers. With time left in the 2 hours, I wanted help setting up furniture. They informed me that this is not something they do. That's new to me but fair. I did not ask beforehand. With the remaining time, I could have used help rearranging heavy items but they had a big money job to get to. One worker stayed to help as a courtesy. Not as professional as I expected.

Andre and team were great. Booked them for a move on a busy street in Center City Philadelphia and they delivered! Original movers I scheduled were not responding back to me two days before my move so cancelled them and booked Phenomenal. Andre’s communication was excellent. Additionally my U-Boxes ended up being delayed and Phenomenal was accommodating to new dates with lead time the next morning after it got delivered. Would highly recommend to anyone moving!

Phenomenal Movers was available to help with a challenging timeline (another mover had to cancel last minute) and did a wonderful job with the move. Andre and his Crew were amazing. I hired a moving company I used in the past. I was advised by the company due to extreme heat advisory they could only work 8 hours. After 8 hours my house was not no where near finished. I was familiar with Uhauls service of sane day assistance. Booked the team at 9am the for 6 hours. I was contacted by Andre immediately confirming and finalizing details from my job description. The team arrived as promised. Started working immediately upon arrival. Within 6 hrs my home was loaded & unloaded. Beds assembled boxes in place per my request. To be honest we were done ahead of time by 30 minutes. I will book with this team in the future for any moving need. Phenomenal fits this businesses work ethic.

I would absolutely recommend Phenomenal Movers again, it's all in the name - they're Phenomenal. They called minutes after booking to confirm and find a little more info on the job and even recommend me go see the Uboxes in person to get an idea of how much space I needed. They confirmed again the day before, and day of were on time, very communicative and addressed all of our worries and needs. These guys are your guys if you want trustworthy, quality moving help!
