Horrible. They were late, unprepared, and didn't know how to move a piano. We spoke the night before and I was assured that they had moved plenty of pianos. This wasn't the case. Horrible!

Moving helpers were professional & worked hard to complete the job. One of the helpers told me not to lift those boxes . I was very appreciative of the young man thoughtfulness. What a pleasure

I would never use these movers again. They scratched and dented the walls, dirtied the carpets spilled mower oil on the carpets.They also ruined my washer and were lazy and stocked boxes upside down.

The good was that they returned calls and showed up on time. The bad was they were careless/sloppy with our belongings and house: slid freezer down concrete basement steps, damaged wood steps, etc.

Joseph was efficient. The other two did not come to work. Stood around and repeatedly has to be told they were on the clock. And disrespectful to Joseph. Property damage occurred. Unhappy.
