Our move took longer than estimated, so we very much appreciated the team’s willingness to work additional hours that day. We did have a few scrapes on our wood floor and on some furniture so we were disappointed about that.

They loaded the moving truck. They did not adequately pad, carefully move, or thoughtfully stack things. Multiple pieces of furniture arrived broken and scratched. A box was crushed. One mover also complained constantly.
