One of the workers showed up incredibly high and both moved slowly. We ended up unloading half of the truck ourselves. When attempting to reach the owner to resolve my complaints, I was told he would conduct an internal investigation and then he stopped responding. Do not hire this service.

Navi was communicative from the start. He called to schedule the move and on move in day updated me about his arrival time. They were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

One of my shelves was not protected properly. They stuffed heavy boxes in the shelf cubes and caused one of the shelf cubes to break.
