The actual mover did the best he could given the circumstances, but Smith Emergency left me out to dry. Scheduled two movers, only one showed up. Move ended up taking 6 hours, which I did half the work. Ended up having to repack the truck the next day, helper had minimal experience packing.

I had to call a few times to confirm things, but once everything was confirmed it was smooth. They called in the morning to confirm their ETA and loaded everything into the truck with time to spare. The guys were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I hired them pretty last minute through U-Haul, and was unsure of how the communication and scheduling would work. They called and got me all set up, they were SO nice and SO helpful. I don't want to move anytime soon but if I did I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Were very helpful when I had to reschedule my move for the following day. However, the movers were told the wrong location. Once they arrived at the correct location, the loading and unloading couldn't have gone better. I would rehire them.

Although I hired the crew of two, they actually showed up with three people in their own dollies. We're very nice, courteous, and finished an hour earlier than anticipated. Would highly recommend them.
