Absolutely unacceptable experience. They showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes late and then spent a ridiculous amount of time sitting in their truck, standing around outside, and talking to people in the alley instead of working. There were multiple stretches of 30–45 minutes where they weren’t even in the apartment. They would take a load of boxes downstairs and then take forever to come back up. My wife eventually had to go outside and supervise them just to get them back upstairs to keep working. Because they wasted so much time, we missed our move-out deadline and were charged an additional fee. We also missed the movers we had scheduled at the other end of our trip. We paid for movers to move our belongings, not to sit around and socialize while we lost time and money. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.
