This team was amazing! Unloaded 4 UBoxes in under 3 hours. They were very careful but efficient and they had all the appropriate equipment. I’ve moved several times and these were the best pod unloaders I’ve had by far.

JT and James were so helpful. We shifted timing at the last minute and didn’t have access to the moving dock. But that didn’t matter. They helped unload the truck quick and efficiently. Also were great to work with. Highly recommend them for any future move!

Honestly, I think that the service was okay, My only complaint is that we had to have the service moved back multiple times because at first my service was at 9am the next day and I had gotten a call saying that they couldn’t do 9am because they weren’t told about this appointment until that night so I was confused but I didn’t think much of it and they told us that they could reschedule for 12pm.. 12pm comes and then they say we will be at the unloading site at 2pm and they don’t get there until almost 2.30 so really frustrating with the timing. They were done at a decent time but please keep consistency with timing.
