Their standard start time is 9am. I requested 7am - and they were HERE. We had a start point and then a second stop at a storage unit before going to the Ubox. They hustled and at the same time took care with my belongings. Last stop was the Ubox. Ubox was previously loaded from my first move. They unloaded what they needed to from the Ubox and then carefully packed the box to get EVERYTHING in. Would definitely use them again if I ever came back to Vegas and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs moving help. They are excellent at every step of the way. I chose this company by happenstance and am very pleased that they were the ones who moved me. Things work out for a reason. Thank you to both of them for a job well done.

The two guys that showed up did not appear to have much experience, or else they simply didn’t care to be professional. They didn’t use either plastic wrap or tape to secure pads, so as I watched several times the pads would fall off as they carried the item to the truck. At least twice I saw them let the item they were carrying hit the ground. Took a break after working 45 minutes. On the unload end, where I used guys who I’d used twice before and are very professional, fast, and careful, we found my large flat screen tv broken, at the frame, as if it was dropped, and it’s now inoperative and useless. $800 tv is now trash. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS . . . THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED.
