The team did an outstanding job! Professional and great customer service. They called me a couple of days before the job, and made sure they were prepared. They brought a mobile clothes rack which made the move smoother and quicker! Would hire them again!

Loaded truck slowly. He couldn’t finish the job I paid for, and I couldn’t add more time. Left me to unload myself because he had other jobs scheduled. Said he would send more help to finish my prepaid hours.Was told throughout the day someone was coming. Did not return texts. Finally received help at 9pm after I unloaded most of the truck myself. Demanded money. Was aggressive and threatening. Showed up at door demanding payment. Unprofessional, chain smoker, throwing cig butts on ground. He caused extreme stress to my life at a time that was difficult already. I trusted his help and was deeply disappointed.

I highly recommend this company. It’s difficult to find a good, reliable moving company in Las Vegas, but these guys are the best. Ben went out of his way to help me out of a tough situation. My scheduled movers never showed up who I have hired off of the UHaul website. I texted them and they said they would reply, but after 3 hrs, they never did and never came. Ben, at the last minute, agreed to take my job and sent 2 of his guys to do the move. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful Ben was. I definitely recommend this company.
