Almost a week and no one called me to confirm or set a time, I called them and left a message. Pleasant interaction during move however a few boxes were dropped while loading. When I unloaded I noticed multiple crushed boxes from poor placement and the fabric on a stool was torn. Consideration wasn't fully given to items shifting during transit or putting the most stable or heavy boxes under lighter and less stable boxes. No major damage, no major issues. Tipped with cash.
