I requested loading and unloading for Saturday April 4th, well in advance. Received an email that the company would be in contact the Thursday before. On Tuesday I confirmed info in email with screenshots I’d taken and realized the company had switched the date to Sunday April 5th, Easter, and immediately contacted them. Chris responded quickly and offered Saturday afternoon. The guesstimated TOA was 12-1pm. I reconfirmed with Chris at 11.17am (2guys for 3 hrs) to still be on target for the 12-1pm range and he said yes. I messaged again at 1.23pm, as no one had arrived. Chris responded at 1.41pm saying he had to put together another crew. 2 guys finally showed up at 3.02pm. They were nice, professional. Unfortunately it didn’t help my stress level nor get the moving truck returned by 5 pm. 1 decorative shelf ladder was broken, but I pray that’ll be handled smoothly.
