The three gentlemen that came over to help were nothing but professional, did quality work. And also made sure to do things by detail from me on very fragile furniture. Very pleased with this company and worked quickly and efficiently, plus took care of all my requests. I recommend them and will be using them in the future.

The only reason that I rated communication as a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that I had to share the exact same information 3 different times. I added details in the Uhaul portal. I received a call about the same exact details from somebody later that night. I replied back with that information via text. Then, while driving and hauling my travel trailer, I received another call about the exact same information. It was inconvenient to have to share the same information 3 times while I was moving across the country and trying to be on time and follow through on everything I needed to. I do, however, appreciate the diligence. Communications across teams would support a better customer experience, though.

Three very strong young men showed up on time to help us unload our truck. They shook our hands and introduced themselves when they arrived. They didn’t complain a single time, they carried a lot of stuff up to our bonus room storage area and were incredibly efficient. I asked if they needed a break because they were moving so quickly but they said they were ok. I was impressed. They were careful not to scratch walls and floors in our new home. So, while they were quick, they were also careful. They went above and beyond to complete the job as requested. I am really happy with the decision to hire them and would definitely hire them again if a need comes up for me personally!.
