I highly recommend B&J and had a flawless experience with them moving my 2 U-Boxes, even though U-Haul messed up our plans. I called B&J to confirm our order the week before, and Kaye called me the day before the move to confirm the details again. On the day-of, U-Haul & U-Box messed up bigtime. The move was not marked to be fulfilled by B&J, and the facility had no forklift available to load the boxes. B&J was very communicative throughout this whole process. After I contacted U-Haul to correct the order, B&J worked with me to reschedule the move. The move was originally scheduled for Saturday, and B&J usually doesn’t work on Sundays. However, they generously offered to complete the move the very next day on Sunday morning. On the day-of, two gentlemen arrived and carefully unloaded my two U-Boxes while parked on the nearby street. They finished in under two hours, and earned a healthy cash tip. Thank you so much to Kaye and the guys for making our move experience great!
