SUPER SLOW & UNRELIABLE! NEVER AGAIN! No sense of urgency. We hired 3 different uHaul moving services. They were by far THE WORST! They arrived late, dragged their feet to milk the clock & overcharged us for time they weren’t even present. Left our storage room in complete disaster. The coordinator Warren kept pushing for us to hire a 3rd person. We agreed & prepaid. 3rd person never came. Warren quietly showed up over an hour late to be the 3rd. The 2 other movers that arrived before him were intentionally slow. Upon arrival 1 stayed in the bathroom for almost 20 mins. Made inefficient solo trips from the apt to the truck without the dollies that they insisted we rent, barely taking a few items at a time. The unloading site was only 8 mins away. They were over 40 mins late, gave weak excuses that they got lost. They arrived just as the place was closing, causing an unnecessarily stressful & chaotic move. Didn't take simple instruction well, gave attitude. VERY unpleasant to work with!

Alan, Robert, and Jared made my move so much easier than I expected. They moved me into a second-floor walk-up and handled every box and piece of furniture with care, even with all those stairs. They were professional, hardworking, and genuinely friendly the entire time, and they made a stressful day feel completely manageable.
