The older dude was visibly slacking and they were moving very slow, making me think they are just trying to get most money without putting that much work. Was gonna tip them but nah absolutely not. Felt used and the whole experience was just distasteful.

The movers were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. They finished the job quickly and made sure that my belongings were secure. They were very polite and kind as it was short notice on my moving and am terrible at packing.

Having a 30 minute window to arrive, the movers were 15 minutes late. Family members moved all of the boxes to the truck before the movers arrived and helped move most of the items out of the truck into the the new place (which was 5 minutes away). The team was extremely accommodating when my uhaul was delayed almost 10 hours. They actually squeezed me in the following day to help out even though they were reserved for the previous day. The crew was efficient and got the job done.
