Jordan and Sha were nice guys. Helpful and they worked quickly. However, it was raining and they didn’t work accordingly. I have boxes full of books, records, and papers that they got severely wet. Boxes came apart because of it and things would have fallen out if I hadn’t checked them. I have a lot of damaged personal property. They damaged the components of my bed frame and completely warped a central bar. The bed can no longer be safely assembled. They damaged the surfaces of my shelving by ignoring the blankets I’d provided and scratching them on metal. One of them had a plastic bag fall apart, not his fault, but then he stepped all over the linen inside and left it wet and soaking on a table in the building’s hallway. It’s torn and ruined. I don’t know what the liability is, but all together I’m going to have to spend an extra $200-300 to replace the bed frame part and several other things. Nice guys, bad experience.

One of the two movers was 20 minutes late. We were easily done in an hour and a half. It was worth the money. Gave them tip in cash.
