The move was okay. I had 3 movers, and it took 3 hours. I was expecting more based on the reviews, one of the movers didn’t want to set my bed up, she asked the mover and she stated she was ignored, until my husband addressed it. There also was a broken bowl, but that wasn’t important. The movers were on time, and communicated well.

The move started out good, I told the guys a few times if I have to pay more for more time thats no problem, I just dont want things rushed. They picked up the items with no problems, but once we got to my new residence they were rushing by taking the dolly up and down the stairs of my town home, I now have tire scuff marks on my bare stairs, some of it came out with an dry cloth eraser but if I rub too hard it is removing the paint and I am renting. They also broke the back of my cabinet there is a big crack in the back of it and they didnt tell me, I know they had to know because the light feature cords on the back were handing off, so my trophy cabinet no longer lights up now. One of the boxes they we had packed was all ripped up the side, luckily nothing inside that box that damaged. My clothing dresser was full of leaves, just careless. I was not happy.
