Packers were extremely fast with everything being loaded and secured for safe movement. Will use them again in the near future.

The team that loaded my furnishing were outstanding! I wanted an early start and they accommodated my request. They were courteous, fast and efficient. Not only that, but they were knowledgeable about packing the truck. I didn't have any issues when I arrived at the destination. I highly recommend this company for any move. They did an excellent job!!

-Movers arrived 4 hrs late -4 hrs to load (single story 3bed home) despite my daughter and I breaking down furniture and wrapping it to help. -After loading, I was informed that they couldn’t unload until the following morning because they were tired. - Another crew was dispatched after I called in tears because I needed the truck unloaded and returned to U-Haul by 8am, but it was too late at night to find another moving company. - New crew arrived and subsequently damaged my furniture within 30-45 minutes of job. - I contacted company again and dismissed the movers. Kim responded that she’d dispatch a crew by 6am to unload, so I could return the truck on time. -In the rain, I and my 12 yo child unloaded remaining 75 percent of a 26 ft truck from about midnight to 7 am with an hour long nap. Compensation-They didn’t charge for the 2nd crew that damaged my property or 3rd crew that brought in my fridge, vanity, and couch from carport (less than hr labor). Never received refund offered

I really like how the company was in constant communication with me. Demarcus and crew was very professional and courteous and made this a very pleasant move for me. They even finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone and should the need arise, would use them again myself.

Moving Up Moving was always quick to respond, and I really appreciated the frequent updates regarding our movers! Our movers were also very professional and got our things quickly unloaded. They even helped us to load some other items that we were getting rid of into the truck. I would definitely be a returning customer should I need moving help again and recommend them to anyone who needs moving help.
