Everything was fine. Guys were good and helpful. Only complaint I have is the 3 hour arrival window. Why have people schedule times only to potentially get there past that time is wild in my honest opinion. Otherwise job got done in time and manager was very nice and apologetic. Not bad but not sure I’d use again because of that factor.

I could not be more thankful for the team at Helping Hands! Moving is stressful and even the best move has unexpected twists and turns. I was all set and unexpected winter storm happened. Movers did not use furniture pads that were provided, some minor damage to items, and packing of truck was not completed with utilizing all available space.
