The team was friendly and very helpful. Despite some unexpected delays with the U-Haul vehicle, the moving team was understanding and worked with efficiency and promptly within my requested time. The team successfully completed the move despite the rain and finished the job early. I would highly recommend this moving company.

They did not finish the service and asked for the payment code so they can get paid. They tried to ask me for an additional $100 for them to come out, but I dont think I should pay for something that was never completed. The young men at the unload location were arguing and unprofessional. If they can come out today, I will call back to remove the review

Helpers were one of the guys spent a lot of time on his cell phone. They were not able to pick up heavy items at all. I requested the company to bring tools with them. Nobody even cared about it. Because of these lazy guys I paid $78 extra for the extra time. It wasn’t even 2 hours job. These guys didn’t know how to arrange things in the truck so that we can carry as much as we can in one trip. So we had two trips and I paid the truck for that mileage. Very disappointing! I am not adding too coz I already paid them though it wasn’t worth it
