Communication prior to move day was non existent. They were over an hour late. They DID communicate about this & things happen, so not the biggest deal. REEKED of smoke. Very friendly. Maybe too friendly as they liked to stop & talk instead of work. It was a husband & wife team. I paid for 2 laborers but got 1.25. Wife stayed in the truck ‘organizing boxes’ while husband loaded. She was smoking & on her phone. The only time she came in was for the big items & that was a whole show & ordeal in itself. They both complained, repeatedly, about their back problems. I ended up having to pay for an extra hour because they didn’t get the work done in 2. I think they intentionally took longer to get that extra. The team that unloaded the truck, dealing with more steps and icy conditions in another city - unloaded in ONE hour! I ignored the bad reviews thinking I didn’t have much or any fragile valuables and the price was right. I should have listened! Beware of this company!
