I was called promptly after booking to confirm the unloading date and time. The guys that showed up were fast and efficient. Asked me where I wanted my items and were very accommodating when I had them move a few things around to create more space. Great experience overall and would use them again.

Honestly, the guys were really nice, but had some flaws with their service. Understanding that it was late, but they were not taking their time with my stuff. Some of it was throw done, beaten up, and chipped. My walls are damaged and I just moved in. They were very talkative, which made them stall to waste time and go over the limited schedule. Ended up paying for an extra hour. They didn’t have the proper equipment to handle most of the furniture. Overall I would give this company a 1 out of 5 stars. My dad and I ended up helping them bring my stuff upstairs. Last thing, we let them use our restroom, but at least have the common courtesy to not drip on the floor or the seat as well. I just moved in and things apartment was looking rough. Honestly, I would like my money back for all the damages. I have pictures to prove this.
