The movers were cool. But the communication of showing up when I book them was messed up. They showed up at 1030 instead of 1130. But over all wasn’t bad. They didn’t have any moving equipment. Like straps or a dolly. But they were ok.

Working with Crothers Brothers was such a great experience, I have honestly not had a better moving experience in my life - and I have moved around a LOT over the last 30 years. Communication for scheduling was great, they were flexible and understanding when I needed to reschedule, including rescheduling a second time at the last minute! My fault and probably very inconvenient for them, but they were so kind about it. The people who came to do the move were EXCELLENT - very good-natured, positive, professional, and just a total pleasure to be around. This was such a breath of fresh air after an awful week of moving. Even though I was exhausted, I ended the day in a better mood than when it started, thanks to these fine folks. I will absolutely hire Crothers Brothers again the next time I move, and would recommend them without exception. Great people and great work.

This is for the second crew that showed up to unload the truck into the house. My boyfriend and kids did more work than the male counter part of the team who had to be reminded by the female counter part that THEY were the ones being paid to do the work. The reminder didn't help. All in all, a move that should have taken 4 hours max ended up taking over twice that long. I could have saved $300 and done it ourselves.

The whole thing was a cluster. The first crew that was supposed to be there to unload the unit called off so we waited for another crew to show up. That crew was awesome by the way. Then when we got to the house, we had to wait 2 hours for another crew to unload the truck into the house. My boyfriend ended up doing more work than the guy part of the crew who had to be reminded by his female counter part THEY were the ones being paid to do this, quit making my boyfriend and kids do all the work. A move that should have taken 4 hours max ended up taking twice that long. I would not recommend this company.
