This is the second time I’ve used this company for moving. This will be the last. The details of the job were not told to the movers sent to my house. They were not prepared and got 2 things moved in 2 hours. They did work very hard to try to get a heavy fridge out of my basement but I took up the entire two hours I paid for and I had to go buy them moving straps. Not their fault, not my fault. After two phone calls to the owner, he agreed to send out two more movers the next day for no charge stating it was clearly a miscommunication on his part. They sent out two more movers the next day who showed up with their girlfriends to help. They required constant direction despite being told several times what exactly was to be moved. I rented a 30 yard dumpster for the job and they were just throwing things into it haphazardly and with no regard for the amount of space they were taking up to the point that they ran out of room. So now the dumpster is overfilled and I have to fix the issue.

What could have ended up being a long day (nothing to do with the movers) ended up going very smoothly; the crew did fantastic getting the contents from two U-boxes to my storage unit and with impressive speed and organization! I'll use them again.
