Very Poor experience with this company. They were accommodating of moving our unload time up but that's about where the positives stop. The movers showed up and it was a gentleman and his girlfriend who maybe weighed about 100 lbs... they didn't have a dolly and they reeked of pot. I don't really care but we had our 1 year old son around and the house began to smell. I called Brad and told him this pair was in over the heads, as there was a lot of heavy items. He said that his workers don't come with dollys and we should have provided it. Didn't tell me up front about this? He would try to find someone else in the area and that was the last I heard from him. We got really lucky and there was a delivery nearby that had a dolly we were able to borrow. They wouldn't have finished without it. I had to help move quite a bit and near the end they were just sticking boxes in the garage. A large majority of the boxes did not make it to their correct room. Couple was nice but wrong profession.

The movers were cool. But the communication of showing up when I book them was messed up. They showed up at 1030 instead of 1130. But over all wasn’t bad. They didn’t have any moving equipment. Like straps or a dolly. But they were ok.

Conscientious but very slow. Did not pack the storage unit efficiently. Had to get involved in order to get things moving and make use of space.

Working with Crothers Brothers was such a great experience, I have honestly not had a better moving experience in my life - and I have moved around a LOT over the last 30 years. Communication for scheduling was great, they were flexible and understanding when I needed to reschedule, including rescheduling a second time at the last minute! My fault and probably very inconvenient for them, but they were so kind about it. The people who came to do the move were EXCELLENT - very good-natured, positive, professional, and just a total pleasure to be around. This was such a breath of fresh air after an awful week of moving. Even though I was exhausted, I ended the day in a better mood than when it started, thanks to these fine folks. I will absolutely hire Crothers Brothers again the next time I move, and would recommend them without exception. Great people and great work.

This is for the second crew that showed up to unload the truck into the house. My boyfriend and kids did more work than the male counter part of the team who had to be reminded by the female counter part that THEY were the ones being paid to do the work. The reminder didn't help. All in all, a move that should have taken 4 hours max ended up taking over twice that long. I could have saved $300 and done it ourselves.
