They were 30 minutes late BUT, I did not realize until later that they drove in over an hour for this job. Once they arrived however, they were very professional, efficient, and no-nonsense, while still being laid-back and easy going. I estimated the job to take 3 hours, but it only took 2 hours as they did not stop moving. The only negative is that the hourly cost does not adjust (that I am aware of) unless it takes you longer than anticipated. I would definitely hire again for moving needs.
