Communication with the owner was excellent. When the owner left the job site things went down hill. My fridge was severely damaged. Not only that, I ordered 8 boxes, but ended up only using 5. Uhaul fixed my order before I released the payment code, but MovingHelp paid the full amount for the 8 boxe

Carl showed up with another two movers and all three of them WORKED. They were moving immediately. Friendly, hard working, and most importantly they were problem solvers: I had under-ordered pods and not only were they gracious, they immediately moved into problem solving mode and secured more space

Movers were 2 hrs late. Didn't identify themselves... Just started grabbing boxes without any instructions. Wearing Slippers?(If that works for you but it didn't. Had to keep adjusting his slippers. Put my couch on a wet pissy dirty ground(don't care if it was just the feet).. That's just nasty! Bro

I scheduled the move to take place at 2:30 p.m. The movers arrived at dark, just close to 10:00 p.m. When they arrived they did not have all my belongings and had to arrange for them to return the next evening. They are not available during the day as they seem to have other career obligations. I
