They did not communicate at all when trying to move my furniture. They were very rough on my furniture and scratched a few pieces will not be using them again

Very disappointed. The movers were late. They had not idea how to use a dolly or ratchet straps. They tried moving a washer down a flight of stairs forward facing and scratched the door all to hell while trying to figure out what they were doing.
