While communication was fine, when I originally tried scheduling Marty seemed put off telling me he’d call me a few days before. During the move he communicated well that he’d be 30 minutes late which was fine, I appreciated the heads up. However while there, there were comments made insinuating our stuff would not all fit or that items would not make it in the move. While heads up are appreciated, it did not convey ease or calmness to us. I also felt after the gentlemen left, there was a lot of room for us to still get in and place things, they did not use the space to the best of their availability. When adding one furniture item I mentioned in my last move it was scratched and to please cover it. Upon unloading, we discovered not one but three items were scratched or dented from not having been covered.
